Raleigh Residential Real Estate – Increase Your Raleigh, NC Home’s Value – Less Expensive Projects that Pay Back – More Kitchen Suggestions

As I mentioned in the last blog, Buyers immediately seek out the kitchen when they visit a home that is for sale. Here are some more reasonably priced suggestions to make your kitchen look updated without the expense of a full makeover.

Give the cabinets a makeover. Rather than going for a complete cabinet replacement project, consider hiring a cabinet re-facing company. If you are the handy type, you can do this yourself.

If your kitchen appliances do not match, check out the face panels of your existing appliances. Some dishwasher panels are white on one side and black on the other. Usually, all it takes is a screwdriver to allow you to slip out the panel and flip it around.

A more consistent looking kitchen increases the buyer appeal and the homes value too!

I’ll have some suggestions for other rooms in the home in future blogs.

For a few hundred dollars you can:
