Raleigh Residential Real Estate – Just Sold !

Today, the Poling Team closed on a new home for John and Carol McGrath. The McGrarth’s purchased 1509 Whittington in North Raleigh. The above is a picture of the exterior.

John and his wife Carol were a referral home buyer whom Art has been working with for about 5 months. John is the new Fire Chief for the city of Raleigh. He had previously been the Deputy Fire Chief for the City of Philidelphia and has accepted a new position here in Raleigh. John is a very valuable addition to the Raleigh Fire Department and Art felt very privileged to work with John and Carol in finding their new home.
